Our cooperation

The first consultation is to get to know each other, map out your situation, and to clarify the needs of both the client and the therapist. We agree on the form of collaboration and the frequency of meetings. Sessions take place by prior appointment at a pre-arranged time in the therapy room or online, usually once a week or bi-weekly.

The appointment time we agree upon is binding. We can mutually cancel our scheduled meeting free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via email or phone. If the cancellation is made later, or if you do not attend the session, you will be charged the full session fee as if it had taken place, either via bank transfer or in cash at the next session. If you cancel our meeting more than 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.

My private practice does not fall under medical institutions or healthcare services. I do not have a contract with any health insurance company. A doctor's referral is not required. All data and information about you and the course of therapy are considered confidential, and only I have access to them. I am committed to confidentiality, which is restricted by Act No. 40/2009 Coll. (see § 367 and § 368).

Some health insurance companies offer financial contributions for therapy. For example, VZP offers a subsidy of up to CZK 5 000 per year. I recommend checking the conditions with your health insurance company.
